Cancellation of Shipped Orders

Return Process for Unwanted Items

If you receive your order and find that the items do not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the products. Here's a step-by-step guide for a hassle-free return process:

Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. 

Packaging: Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected during transit.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Tracking: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the items. Retain the tracking information for your records.

Returns and Conditions of Exchange

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
3. All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, have tags, and be in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware that customized or used products are not eligible for return. We only accept returns for items in their original condition and packaging. There are no refunds on items for sale or gift cards. Damage/losses caused by the customer will not be refunded。

Refund Process

If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's fault (e.g., dislike/want for the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. There are no restocking fees for returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be provided to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you haven't received the refund within 2-3 business days, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@accuratecraft.com. Please note: we do not refund our original shipping fees.
